The role:
- Manage incoming calls, always with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle administrative tasks to address customer queries.
- Take ownership of customer problems and aim to resolve them during the first point of contact.
- Foster a positive working environment where colleagues are motivated, and customers feel appreciated.
Requirements:
- You need to be a French language expert, both in speaking and writing. Being a native-level speaker is a must-have.
- Good knowledge of English is important too, as you'll need it to communicate with colleagues and handle customer interactions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
- While previous experience in customer service or a related field is a bonus, it's not a deal-breaker if you don't have it.
- Your communication skills should be on point, both when talking and writing, so you can confidently interact with customers and provide accurate information.
- You're a master problem solver! We need someone who can tackle customer inquiries head-on and resolve issues efficiently.
- Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail should be your thing, especially in our fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savviness is a plus! Being comfortable using computer systems and different software applications is important.
- Flexibility is key! We need team members who can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, because customer needs don't stick to a 9-to-5 schedule.
