As a
Norwegian-Speaking Customer Advisor for a well-known furniture company
, you will:
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
A high level of Norwegian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Available for rotating schedules
- Previous experience in Customer Service or as a sales representative
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
- Strong compensation package (14 monthly payments per year plus bonus)
