Your responsibilities
- Support the team as a working student (m/f/d) in the maintenance, analysis and preparation of data from healthcare professionals, complying with all GDPR legislation.
- Develop tools and materials for e-learnings and virtual trainings in order to improve compliance levels and efficiency.
- Collaborate in projects related to data visualization with Power BI.
- Creating management reports within a compliance software management, supporting risk assessment of health care professional engagements and data analysis regarding transfer of values, updating databases and internal ERP; SQL knowledge for report development is a plus.
- Support in healthcare aggregate spend disclosure process, working with financial data, complying with EMEA regulations for medical device industry.
- Support the team in their day-to-day business with some administrative tasks
- Workplace is an office in Hamburg with the possibility to work 40 % remotely.
Your qualification
- You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Business administration, economics or one similar degree with IT/economic field component.
- You have very good knowledge of English.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel, VBA and Power BI skills. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- You have very good communication skills.
- You have a strong ability to work in a team.
