Your Task

• Inbound customer support on the phone and via email
• Responsibility for customer satisfaction
• Entering customer data into a computer system
• Forwarding incoming calls to experts
• Troubleshooting and problem solving

Your Profile

• Friendly and customer orientated personality
• Native speaker in either:

French, German, Italian, Dutch, Czech, Japanese, Portuguese or Danish

• Good understanding of English
• Communication skills on a high level
• EU-citizen or in possession of a work permission for Greece
