With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at the Steinbeis University, you can do both: During your two-year job integrated master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them. In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

What can you expect?

• You are responsible for the sales activity, for the development and implementation of a sales strategy as well as for conducting sales negotiations and defining the sales modalities
• You increase sales and profit by acquiring new customers and building an active customer base and establish a continuous communication with suppliers and development of new suppliers
• You observe and analyze changes in the market and competitive conditions as well as customer needs, customer consulting and target-oriented implementation of solution options with the respective department
• You prepare offers as well as the technical presentation at the customer's site
• You represent the company in the country, e.g. at trade shows

What should you bring along?

• You have completed or are about to complete your first degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or something similar and already have gained some experience in sales
• You can provide first knowledge in polymer technology or plastic industry as well as good user knowledge of MS Office products
• You are a performance oriented, independent, flexible and proactive person with high customer orientation and communication skills
• You have a distinct willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility and to constantly develop yourself further, as well as a distinctive and structured way of working and the willingness to travel
• You are fluent in French and English
