Job Summary Harley-Davidson is on a journey to own Electrification of the two-wheel industry which includes the introduction of a new e-Bicycle business. We are looking for an experienced Sales lead for the Germany & Austria region to manage our new sales and distribution for e-Bicycles

This is What You Will do

:
  • develop and deliver the entire e-bicycles business, while acting as a change agent with proven business acumen * develops, supports and enables the dealer network to maximize the sales opportunity and improve customer experience * continuously look for new opportunities by leveraging relationships with strategic partners and influential customers * manage and put sales analytics/ insights into action * lead fleet sales opportunity identification, deal work and closing this role is responsible for the planning, execution, delivery of the e-bicycles growth in the different retail and e-commerce sales channels and development plans to achieve the market strategic business objectives. education requirements bachelor's degree preferred experience requirements we are looking for an experienced sales development professional who can step into this role and make an immediate impact on harley-davidson's future. this is an exciting opportunity in an emerging space at hd as we build the e-bicycle business in germany & austria. to be successful in this role you need to be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, be an excellent communicator and used to work across a direct & indirect sales channel approach. are you qualified? typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience, which includes:
  • through understanding of the consumer direct & retail channels/ environment * experience with new product launches * experience in developing business * experience in developing partnerships * understanding of marketing outreach tools/techniques to assist hd dealers in efforts to grow customers beyond our core customer group. * ability to communicate fluently in english and local language. * proven ability to identify and anticipate changes and opportunities within the marketplace * experience within a premium retail brand. while not a requirement, some experience in brand marketing within cycling or sport is preferred. we are looking for someone who is passionate about cycling and outdoor activities as well as technical product knowledge and an understanding of bicycles, apparel and equipment. for this role intensive travel is required throughout germany, austria and switzerland with regular visits to the regional head quarter in the netherlands. the job will be in neu-isenburg, near frankfurt / main. competencies at harley-davidson it is not just about the degree you have or what you know. you must also exhibit and demonstrate our valued behaviors in everything you do:
