The Commercial Excellence team acts as the strategic business partner to the sales and service organization reporting to the President of the Bruker Daltonik GmbH. The team supports the business by optimizing the go-to market approach, enabling back-office processes and striving to improve existing commercial processes. Administration, configuration and development of the CRM-System Salesforce is one key responsibility of the team. + Analyze existing commercial processes, work closely together with the business areas identifying requirements to optimize Salesforce functionalities + Configure and develop new Salesforce functionalities and applications + Investigate and propose solutions including 3rd party applications + Technical and administrative maintenance of Salesforce + Support Salesforce user with technical and process solutions + Manage product configuration, pricing and quotation in Salesforce + Organize eLearning and live classroom trainings + Prepare ad-hoc analyses for executive, commercial, business unit, market and product management based on CRM data + Participation in international projects with responsibility for own work packages + Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration, informatics or industrial engineering + Multiple year experience as Salesforce administrator + Demonstrated working effectively in cross-functional project teams to identify business requirements and translate processes using customization to support marketing/ sales/service business + Skilled in creating custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, custom tabs, reports, dashboards components and managing day-to-day operations for 500+ users + Outstanding analytical skills, business sense and result-driven mentality + Structured and accurate mode of operation, creativity and
