Your responsibilities

• As a working student (m/f/d) you support management in the planning, implementation and follow-up of (virtual) training courses
• You forward internal documents to cooperating departments (legal, compliance)
• You support with reporting and participant management
• You support management at large events, such as congresses and workshops

Your qualification

• You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled in the field of Medicine, Medical Technology, Business, Event- or Graphic design, or equivalent
• You have practical experience in Event Management and (virtual) Training
• You have an in-depth knowledge about MS Office
• Your strengths include the use of tools such as LMS, e-Learning and Media tools
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• You are characterized by your organizational talent, your own initiative as well as your distinctive communication skills
