Job Description The Client Services Adviser combines a passion for working with learners and clients, to deliver the highest quality of support, and ensure their experience with World Education is a positive one. CSAs will use various forms of communication, including live chat, email, social media and phone communications to engage and retain learners, resolve clients' issues, and assist other departments with information, when necessary. The CSA is responsible for collaborating with the admissions, product management, business development and career development teams to ensure learners and clients have a positive experience. CSAs will be assigned a case load of clients and learners and will be responsible for all aspects of customer service, account management, and technical support for their caseload

Responsibilities

:
  • monitoring and providing exemplary customer service via live chat, email, social media and phone calls * identify and resolve barriers to learner success in order to maintain acceptable retention/learner completion rates * resolving and responding to client and learner inquiries regarding client accounts and learner enrollment concerns * establishing or re-engaging learners and clients through various online or offline resources. * regularly review learner progress and consistently engage learners while addressing under-performing learners as needed * perform administrative tasks as needed such as progress reporting, updating grades and performing learner academic profile updates * perform other duties as assigned requirements * bilingual english/spanish * minimum of 12 months' work experience in customer service, technical support/help desk customer service experience is preferred * advanced written and oral communication skills * knowledgeable in technology and device capabilities with multi-platform applications * ability to maintain required minimum metrics and achieve deadlines as assigned * independent and self-motivated with ability to work in a remote environment * ms office suite intermediate level * windows xp-windows 10 usage and troubleshooting * ie, firefox, safari, chrome, and edge browser usage and troubleshooting * strong cross-cultural interpersonal skills * adaptability in changing business environment and ability to multi-task * ability to represent the organization positively through a strong, student-centered focus. * high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred benefits * paid time off * bonus/variable compensation plans * medical/dental/vision * 401k retirement plan * remote/work from home
