Internship Digital Experience - Focus Digital Product & Content Management

This internship gives insight into the daily activities of the Digital Marketing Department across Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention initiatives and supports Design Hotels’™ digital product management.

  • Opening: January 2020
  • Compensation: EUR 450 gross / month

The Internship must be a compulsory part of your current studies

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Implementing new hotels into
; learning various aspects of Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital project management tools
  • Content Management: content upload and coordination of content production (visuals & copy for website pages)
  • Creation and delivery of landing pages, deals pages, and other related CMS tasks
  • Support with website optimization: conducting tests and analyzing performance via various online analytics tools
  • Supporting with SEO and website development related projects
  • Assisting with the production and execution of communications and ad-hoc projects for Design Hotels™ Community
  • Performance analysis and reporting via various online analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Creation of keynote presentations for the digital marketing hotel reporting
  • Market and competitive research and analysis (website activities, marketing campaigns, newsletters, and user flows)
  • Assisting with the production and execution of communications and ad-hoc projects for Design Hotels™ Community
  • Organizational and administrative support of the department
  • Preparation of meetings, keeping of minutes, and follow ups

Experience & Mindset

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required
  • HTML/CSS preferred (bonus, not required)
  • Good communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills (task management)
  • Proactive team member that shows initiative
  • Proficiency in MS office and experience working with Keynote
  • Content Management System experience (bonus, not required)
  • Google Analytics experience (bonus, not required)
