Enterprise Business Development Manager- Germany

My expanding privately owned Automation Client is seeking an Enterprise Sales executive with strong technical, problem solving and communication skills to work in Dusseldorf and cover the DACH region.

You will be responsible for primarily selling Enterprise Solutions, solutions including software, services and their cloud SaaS service. You will be responsible for building on their success so far within the DACH region by devising and executing a clear territory sales plan to achieve realistic revenue targets through selling software and services to large corporate accounts, often at C-level.

You will be responsible for generating new business, ensuring the growth of existing accounts, and developing the expansion of business through channel partners in your territory.

Responsibilities:

  • You approach potential customers and existing customers at executive level covering the DACH regions.
  • You identify key target accounts and the right people within these accounts where you bring the product portfolio to the attention Acquire, develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at customers and partners such as SAP and Systems Integrators

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Proven success of selling Enterprise software and services into large accounts.

Experience in selling either BPM, RPM, ERP/BI or any other Back Office complex software processes

 
  • The ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, and manage complex deals of significant value.

Strong business English and German,

interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to combine prospecting, new business and account management skills.
  • Must have strong solution selling and channel development background
