Polish Speaker Customer Delight - Social Media Platform

Our international client is looking for Polish speakers to join their team in Sunny Lisbon! This is to work for a very well-known national airline company providing support for the Polish market.
Responsibilities
:
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone
- (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Polish and English
- Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Native level of Polish, fluent level of English.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good team player.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
