For our Team in Dortmund we are currently looking for support as

Project Integration Manager (m/f/d)

Overview of tasks:

Uniform implementation of new projects according to CCC standard processes and systems
Ensure that KPIs of the Business Partner and CCC are taken into account in the project setup
Teaching project-relevant hard skills (CCC tools) to Managers
Being an interface between Operations and IT, especially during the implementation phase of a new project or a new software tool

We are looking for:

Professional work experience in the field of IT or a high level of IT affinity
Several years of experience in Call Center positions such as Call Center Agent, Support, Back Office and/or Team Management
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Good MS Office skills
Goal-oriented, structured and sustainable way of working
Carefully listener with keen perception
Always friendly, calm and sympathetic appearance
Willingness to travel
