Manager Sales & Marketing (m/w/d) Unified Communications

• Drive our Unified Communications (UC) business (including products such as video sound bars, speakerphones, conference phones and microphone systems) and establish sustainable commercial relationships with major clients/premier buyers and vendors on the European market as well as with global partners
• Define sales strategies, report on monthly sales results and monitor the European market/competition
• Develop IT and direct marketing reseller (DMR) distribution channels and identify valuable emerging markets
• Establish run-rate business by strengthening the digital marketing function
• Manage, motivate and develop the Sales Representative team within our matrix organisation and ensure they are on track in achieving sales targets
• Prepare forecasts on future sales, create sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace and control and supervise stock levels
• Represent the business at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions
• Provide knowledge support to internal departments as well as to the sales channel and liaise with our headquarters in product development
• Supervise adaption of marketing/advertising materials to local requirements

Your profile:

• Profound education or experience in business and contemporary marketing
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Solid technical understanding and knowledge of the audio/video systems and unified communication solutions (conference systems)
• Analytical competence and business acumen
• Familiarity with contemporary marketing methodology
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills (English) across different hierarchies; languages in addition to English advantageous
• Proactive working style as well as team player mentality and the ability to motivate people
• Willingness to travel
