Senior Product Manager Customer Engagement (m/f/d)

Are you analytically sharp, keen to make a difference? Would you love to take on the challenge to drive customer engagement for some of Amazon’s most diverse and challenging product categories? Amazon Germany is looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) in part-time (max 29hs/week) with relentless focus on improving customer experience and innovative ideas to stimulate growth across Hardlines categories.

In this role you will be hands on, with a focus on customer engagement initiatives in Hardlines. This role requires an individual to have a mix of analytical and creative skills, which can be combined to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. He or she will know how to draw insights from behavioral data and then quickly implement strategies to take action on that insight. This person should also be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and partners including business analysts, data scientists, graphic designers, and brand/category owners.

He or she will be hands-on, execution oriented and able to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage expectations and address dependencies. He or she listens carefully, articulates clear evidence-based arguments verbally and in writing, and contributes to constructive dialogues to clarify and progress marketing goals.

This role will be based in Amazon’s offices in Munich (Germany).

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

  • University degree required, ideally with technical or business background
  • Multiple years of experience gained e-commerce, operations consulting or analytically focused role
  • Using merchandising and promotional tools to execute against a cross-channel, cross-category roadmap
  • Collaborating with multiple tech teams to develop customer lifecycle strategies
  • Creating marketing campaigns that drive engagement/retention and cross-sell/win-back opportunities
  • Reporting on customer acquisition, retention and other brand metric performance (e.g. Net Promoter Score)
  • Establishing a framework for benchmarking, optimization, and scaling of customer lifecycle strategies
  • Iterating on customer lifecycle strategies based on performance metrics
  • Use customer data and analytics to challenge and improve existing marketing assets and campaigns
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics and recommend actions to increase key KPIs (such as ROI)
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams
