Coordinator HR & Culture (m/f/d)

The role is an entry level position and ideal to kick off your career with the most progressive travel & lifestyle brand!
You will work closely with the VP HR, Talent & Culture and HR Manager on general administrative, HR operational tasks, employee experience (EX) and relations as well as cultural & creative internal initiatives.

And you will support the VP Brand Experience in research and brand-related projects. This role will give you a deep insight into the company’s culture, structures, and HR operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Handle daily tasks and correspondence in English
  • Assist in the planning and executing of internal cultural initiatives and events
  • Prepare and update internal presentations (Keynote) and documentation
  • Conduct research for brand, culture and HR and EX-related projects
  • Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist in HR related administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist in all cultural and employer branding activities including managing the Social Media channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Kununu
  • Assist in creating and updating content on the social intranet
  • Assist in setting up new digital tools to facilitate admin and HR processes
  • Handle travel & expense management
  • Administer the travel management tool (Rydoo)
  • Act as internal go-to-person for all travel & expense-related requests
  • Manage travel bookings and expense for select senior leaders
  • Support in covering reception during holidays and illness (includes handling of incoming calls, welcoming visitors, handling post and packages)

Experience & Mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree and ideally 6-12 months of working experience, e.g. internships in HR, communications, or marketing
  • Team player with genuine desire to support others and take responsibility
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality with a positive mindset
  • Open-minded and creative
  • Proactive and well-organized
  • Very good communicator
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German beneficial but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant MS Office programs; good Excel skills
  • Experience in working on MacOS; knowledge of Keynote beneficial
