Job Description For the Product Line Vehicle Optronics we are looking for a "Project Manager/Product Manager (f/m/d)" at the location Oberkochen as soon as possible. The Reconnaissance Vehicles department is responsible for the bid proposal towards the customer, the realization of customer projects including the project planning and development phase and finally for the serial deliveries. Furthermore the department is responsible for the definition of new development or improvements the frame of product management responsibility. Your Tasks Your role as Project Manager * Assisting our sales division during acquisition of new programs * Develop concepts, specifications and quotations together with the responsible teams as assisting our customers in defining system requirements and cababilities. * Responsibility for national and international projects in terms of the committed timeframe, costs and performance * Managing the project planning and project tracking * Leading the project team and managing partners and suppliers * Working together with internal and external customers * Representing the project internally and externally by preparing presentations and reports Your role as Product Manager * Deriving new products from technical possibilities, customer needs and market developments * Clarification of technical realizations under consideration of alternative approaches (in-house, external development, development partner, cooperation partner) * Development of product life cycles as well as suitable service and logistics concepts * Preparation of analyses on marketing alternatives and competing products Your Profile * Completed academic studies in Optronics or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) * Several years of experience in leading international projects * Good computer skills in MS Office and SAP * Good media skills, abilities for planning and being a team player * A results orientated, structured and cooperative way of working * Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in travelling within Germany and abroad * Fluent knowledge of German, good knowledge of English What we offer you * Location in the middle of the idyllic landscape of the Swabian Alb * Company restaurant, café bar and snack shop * Diverse health offers and sports groups * Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics * Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariff) * Company pension scheme * Flexible working time models (mobile working, flexitime and part-time, opportunities for sabbaticals, etc. ) * Individual development and training opportunities You want to become part of a future-oriented company?
