Your responsibilities

• As a working student (m/f/d) you support the Sales & Marketing Product Management team with the change and release management of the European service contract portfolio
• Your main task is the maintenance of the European service contract portfolio with a focus on data administration, e.g. in SAP CRM
• You support updates and localizations of European offer documents and marketing material with a focus on content and text comparisons, including coordination of translations
• Ensuring data consistency and quality as well as correct portfolio content are some of your responsibilities
• You are testing implemented portfolio data in different IT systems, e.g. Salesforce, Apttus, SAP CRM
• The Support of the team in other day-to-day tasks (e.g., preparation of meetings and workshops, creation of presentations) will also be one of your responsibilities

Your qualification

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) at a German university in Business Administration or equivalent
• Ideally, you already completed a commercial apprenticeship or longer internship prior to your studies
• First experience in Product Management environment is an advantage
• You work confidently with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A profound knowledge of written and spoken English complete your profile
• A structured and analytical way of thinking and working are natural to you
• You are always striving for high quality and thoroughness
