As part of the Reverse Logistics Group, the Technology and Product group supports all aspects of internal and product technology, product management, operation, and support. We are currently looking for a new member of the group in the role of: ERP Application Administrator (NAV) (m/f/d) Your key responsibilities: As the ERP administrator, reporting to the Business Applications manager, you are jointly responsible for the application and interface support as well as the internal user support of our central ERP solutions in an international environment. You will provide support and administration of applications in the field of return logistics, and will work closely with the Engineering Team and internal customers to manage and resolve any technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Maintaining a thorough and detailed understanding of the Microsoft Business Central product. Being ready and able to spend time on-site with the customer when needed to provide an appropriate level of support (~10% travel) Supporting the development team in their pre-release test needs Managing the creation, release and communication of manuals and documentation, as well as contributing to the innovations and further development of our applications. Co-ordinating and conducting internal user training Providing support, administration, and maintenance for our ERP applications What we need from you: A recognised qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or able to show a comprehensive track record of managing ERP applications A very good understanding of cross-departmental organizational and ideally business processes Knowledge of T-SQL and experience in dealing with relational database systems. A high affinity for data numbers as well as their analysis and processing a pragmatic, goal and customer-oriented approach that achieves excellent results due to your quick comprehension and your good analytical skills.
