How you contribute to our success
- You optimize and expand the reporting system with the help of the existing IT systems in order to ensure compliance with the company standards in our worldwide subsidiaries
- Within the set deadlines, you create, document and disseminate necessary reports, which serve as a basis for management decisions
- To support the achievement of the company's goals, you implement the right business processes and act as a change agent to spread strategic thinking throughout the company
- You inform the CFO about relevant trends in controlling/accounting
- You proactively provide the global subsidiaries and departments with relevant reports to ensure transparency on developments and processes
What you should provide
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting and Finance, of which at least 2 years in Controlling
- You have completed vocational training or have a university degree in relevant subjects such as Accounting and Finance or Economics
- Through your several years of experience in Finance, you have already gained advanced project management skills and extensive knowledge of the company's operational processes and business model
- Advanced IT skills, especially in the following software applications: MS Office 365, preferably Navision Advanced, have supported your success in previous positions
- Your strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers make you stand out
- Fluent communication in written and spoken German and English is part of your daily business
- You stand up for your opinion, even if you are confronted with resistance
- You are self-motivated and work independently
- You have a positive attitude and welcome change and continuous improvement as a natural prerequisite for development
- You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
