IT Project Manager - German

Description and responsibilities:

• Conducting, consulting and designing workshops with international customers (on-site) and their IT service providers worldwide
• Analyzing the processes of the customer and building efficient process flows using the modules, which cover all requirements of the customer
• Guiding the customers through the whole design and implementation phase and be their trusted partner
• Designing integration scenarios for existing customers' systems and the platform according to the clients product and system architecture
• Successfully managing large and complex projects by defining purpose of the project, developing milestone document, defining critical tasks and implementation steps, as well as supervision of project participants in terms of scope, schedule and costs
• Acting as a change agent while embracing our client's company values
• Being comfortable with managing and driving change
• Providing progress updates to executive management on key projects
• Demonstrating commitment to participatory management and a strong service orientation
• Being a mentor, coach and trainer in other projects

Your profile:

• University or technical college degree in business administration, computer sciences or logistics / supply chain management
• Several years of proven experience in real implementation project in supply chain, logistic or IT
• Experience as Project Manager and Consultant
• Team player with strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in transport logistics or supply chain management is a big plus
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent verbal and written German and English language skills are a must
