Senior Strategic Marketing Manager

We are a newly established Marketing Team on a mission to create a “client-centric” and “value-driven” ecosystem within and beyond the cleverbridge in order to uncover and seize new business, product & service opportunities.

We are on a journey to define and deliver a complete marketing stack for cleverbridge. With our new brand identity, account based marketing, social selling and product strategy we’ve already achieved initial tangible results. Now we need your expertise to drive our marketing momentum and create value for cleverbridge and our clients. cleverbridge is looking for a passionate B2B Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to drive strategic corporate and marketing initiatives enabling growth. You will be a knowledge leader of our market, competitors, client needs and pain points. You will own the Lean Portfolio Management and product visioning and you will spearhead all activities that help to develop impactful new market opportunities and new technologies. In this position, you are located in Cologne and will report to the VP Marketing.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify & define new marketing initiatives
• Develop segment strategies for B2B clients and Channel Partnerships
• Promote new Business Models and identify and evaluate new verticals
• Set, measure and manage targets for the client facing organization
• Identify, evaluate and apply new technologies to our business practice
• Develop strategic positioning towards analysts and other relevant stakeholder
• Drive corporate development activities (e.g. M&A, strategic partnerships)
• Closely coordinate with our Insights team and Product & Solution Management for continuous review and optimization of roadmaps and strategies

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration or engineering or related experience
• Several years of professional experience in B2B strategy; strategic consulting experience is a plus
• Industry insights in software, e-commerce, technology or SaaS
• Strategic mind with a hands-on mentality and the drive to deliver
• Passion for technologies, enthusiasm for social trends, design and creative methods
• Strong project management skills
• Visionary, creative and able to motivate people around you with your ideas
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
