Within the framework of a two-year part-time study program, you have the opportunity to complete a practice-oriented postgraduate course in parallel to your work at ABB. The program is based on the dual principle of a Master of Science International Management (M.Sc.). In addition, you will have the opportunity to obtain a double degree with the option of a foreign MBA. This will provide you with a sound business management qualification and will prepare you precisely for your future tasks. During this time, you will work directly on higher-level strategic projects and tasks and can thus put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice.

In this position, you will help ABB Industrial Automation to professionalize governance of temporary organizational structures around the world (i.e. Branch Offices Abroad). You will collect and analyze available material and know how, which you will convert to powerful tools, templates and trainings. Does this job profile match your credentials? Your responsibilities

• Get acquainted with the subject “Branch Offices Abroad”
• Interact with experienced commercial managers and collect available instruments and know how (e.g. policies, authorization tables, banking solutions, registrations, interactions with local authorities, local agreements, etc.)
• Structure, analyze, compare and improve material
• Develop tools, templates, guidelines and trainings based on the above
• Roll out optimized and harmonized solutions

Your background

• Bachelor in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or similar
• Special flair for structure and organization
• Good knowledge about collaboration tools
• Interest in governance topics in an international environment
• Proactive and creative person with appetite for continuous improvement
• Good listener
• Result and timeline oriented
