Job Description On behalf of our customer, one of the largest European aircraft manufacturer, we are searching for an Bid & Capture Management Support (f/m/d) Your Tasks * Formatting, editing, finalising bid documentation ready for internal reviews and document submissions * File management, control access and archiving of the bid documentation * Supporting the Bid Managers in the coordination, facilitation and preparation of high level customer meetings and workshops * Purchasing/ Ordering of sales campaign related products and services (through internal software tools) * Act as custodian for final versions of bid documentation and submission packs * Contribute to the artistic and aesthetic aspects of the bid submission packs through team discussions on colour, formatting, layout and media etc. * Facilitating and managing document review sessions (Red Team reviews) * Dealing day-to-day with third party companies who support the various sales campaigns through proficient use of email, telephone and face-to-face dialogue Your Profile * A successfully completed business-oriented vocational training or study in business administration * Working experience in marketing and sales (min. 3 years) * Experience within all MC Office products and all storage media i. E. CD / DVD burning, USB sticks, external hard drives etc. * Experience with graphics editing software i. E. Adobe applications, document storage and archive applications i. E. File manager/ Windows Explorer, Sharepoint etc. is an advantage * Basic knowledge in German * Very good presentation and interpersonal skills * Flexible and service-orientated * Reliable Team Player Are you appealed by the task?
