HR Specialist (m-w-d) Oberbayern

Temporary Appointment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung)

 
 

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

 
  • HR Administration: ensures an efficient and timely personnel administration of all local HR processes
  • HR processes: Analyses, reviews, operates and documents current HR processes for example related to entry and exit of employees and ensures high quality information to all related departments
  • Interface to Shared Services: TAS, HR Services, Crown, Global Mobility, Relocation Agencies. Ensures related activities in coordination with HRBP & client groups including their tracking and follow-up activities
  • HR Systems support: ensures HR systems like HR Core, Position Management, First Port, eFile are up-to-date and provides required information
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting, invoicing, and accruals
  • Point of contact for local associates with regard to operational HR matters
  • Project activities: facilitates project meetings and provides support to local HR/line in implementing projects, manages ad hoc projects

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Project timelines adhered to
  • Good stakeholder management measured by positive feedback/minimal complaints
  • Ensure the setting up of a robust governance structure to support rollout
  • Effectiveness of project related communication and managing contingencies
  • Standardized documented and up to date HR Processes
 

Qualifications:

  • Higher education, such as University degree or relevant business education
  • 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in HR
  • Sound organizational understanding and ability to work with multifarious cultures.
  • Project Management experience
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Willingness for working in temporary Appointment (for the time being 6 months)
