Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of all inbound and outbound transportation
- Responsible for customs and compliance of shipping documentation, including the maintenance of international shipping procedures compliant with government and regulatory requirements
- processing requests and customer orders
- Preparation and handling of shipping
- Collection and return of biological samples
- Assist in investigation to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
- Compliance of dangerous goods regulation for all shipments
- Commissioning of transport companies
- Review all freight, customs clearance and logistics bills for management approval
- Manager receipt of incoming goods

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
:- Completed Forwarding Merchant or commercial education or education as administrative assistance
- Deep experience in global logistic (preferred in clinical environmental)
- Customs clearance experience
- Good written and spoken english skills
