Job Description Essential Responsibilities Manage material and resource allocation with involved parties such as Project Managers, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Field Operations to generate a complete project status overview. Interact with functions to identify risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensures project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario. Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections of time and cost. Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer. Role Summary/Purpose The Wind Project Portfolio Planner (m/f/d) controls the project schedule and supports the Project Manager in the execution of Wind Projects. The Specialist develops and maintains overviews to support project success. Qualifications/Requirements - BS / BA Degree preferably in Technical or Business discipline or equivalent - Experience in an operations intensive function, preferably Project Management, but also Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing or other functions - Knowledge in Planning / Scheduling / Monitoring / Cost Controls - Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel / MS Access - Persistence in analyzing data - Self-motivated, excellent work prioritization, highly reliable, team player - Fluent in English and German language - Good communication and presentation skills Desired Characteristics * Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills. * Experience developing and managing integrated project schedules in a matrix organization using industry standard software, preferably Oracle or Primavera P6. * VBA programming knowledge & experience in designing new processes and driving enhancements * Spanish language * Green Belt certification desired About Us GE (NYSE:GE) drives the world forward by tackling its biggest challenges.
