For our client, an exciting international company focussing on location technology based in Berlin, we are currently hiring a
Marketing Project Manager
(f/m/d).
Your tasks:
- Support in the implementation of the Marketing strategy to achieve a positive impact on specific business goals through marketing tactics
- Establish subject matter credibility in specific areas of our business
- Together with Product Marketing, Sales and Comms, you will help translate business strategies and goals into global marketing plans including channels, creative, output and content calendars with measurable results
- Manage the successful delivery and execution of your marketing plans, ensuring overall budget and performance transparency
- Be a passionate and influential brand evangelist, internally and externally to help build the brand
- Managing complex stakeholder groups
- Working closely with tech leaders in order to effectively share their message
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising
- Great stakeholder management skills
- The ability to influence complex messaging so it becomes more accessible and ‘keynote-ready’ in feel
- Proven success in building multi-channel marketing plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented goals and objectives and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Deep understanding of digital channels that can be used across paid, owned and earned tactics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences
- Experience communicating with and influencing teams with diverse skill sets (e.g. technical, operations, sales, product, etc.)
- Experience managing external agencies, production vendors and budgets
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Experience inside tech companies preferred
- You are ready to travel more than 10% of your time
