YOUR MISSION:

• Owner: You will have the opportunity to take full ownership for strategic and operational projects and drive them forward proactively. While doing this, you will get the best of both worlds: responsibility and being involved in many areas and at the same time the chance to contribute with your ideas.
• Explorer: You will contribute to our growth strategy by conducting research and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Collaborator: You will work with stakeholders across departments in a collaborative, diverse and international start-up environment.
• Operator: You will actively support our Founders Associate and CEO in their day-to-day business with various operational tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

Growth: You are motivated to be a fundamental part of our mission, work in a fast-growing environment that is no longer a small startup but has grown to substantial size.

• Drive: You impress with your highly driven ‘can do, will do’ attitude and are willing to shape the success of our company.
• Curiosity: You are passionate about your work, have attention to detail and are eager to learn and develop yourself.
• Language: You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English.
• Availability: You are available for at least 6 months to ensure your personal development and to be able to take responsibility for projects and processes. You are located in Berlin for the time of the internship.
