Front Office Shiftleader (f/m/d)
with a passion for creative hotspots, innovation and vibrant atmospheres for the upcoming nhow Frankfurt?
What will you experience during a working day?
- Independent leadership of the respective work shift
- Implementation of NH service and quality standards
- Invoice processing, cash management and preparation of daily financial statements
- Accepting, processing and confirming reservations
- Responsibility for processing complaints
What are your requirements?
- You know what you want and are keen to get something big new off the ground with us.
- Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the front office
- First team management experience desirable
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further foreign language skills would be an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable
- Strong guest and service orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with an international guest public
- Friendly and communicative appearance
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Self-confident appearance and assertiveness
- Organisational talent
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness and commitment
