Reporting to the AWS EMEA Partner Success Operations Manager, this role is responsible for continuously contributing to evolving forecasting models, analyse historic results and make business recommendations to the EMEA Partner Success team based on those analyses – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity. This will include working with the EMEA Partner Success team to develop, propose and implement the Business processes, systems and reports that help optimize Business functions to meet organizational goals and initiatives.

The EMEA Partner Success Operations Analyst will contribute to managing improvements to the reporting tools, methods and processes utilized by the team to help increase the availability and granularity of actionable data to AWS's partners. This position also supports the administration and execution of the team’s goals, including segmentation of goals and measurement of goal attainment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Setup, maintenance and evolution of ongoing reporting
  • Support the Partner Success organisation with administrative requests
  • Build reports to provide business intelligence
  • Define requirements for specific tooling to support processes and optimize day to day work
  • Drive consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

  • You are enrolled in university and will be for the whole duration of your time as working student with us
  • Your degree is in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or a similar field
  • You are an advanced Excel user who is confident and competent in processing large data sets, ideally using VBA
  • Solid Tableau coding skills to design and automate reporting
  • Ability to take a project from requirements gathering through to launch and into production
  • Excellent English communication skills with both technical and non-technical / sales peers
  • Ability to take direction, work autonomously and consistently meet deadlines
