What will you experience during a working day?
- Implementing and maintaining quality standards in the kitchen area
- Looking after and advising guests at the buffet and in the à la carte business
- Implementing and monitoring the applicable hygiene regulations
- Instructing and training the trainees
What should you bring with you?
- You know what you want and are keen to get something new off the ground with us
- Successfully completed training as a chef
- First work experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Excellent technical knowledge of the cooking profession
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Open and communicative appearance
- Quality and cost awareness
- Organisational talent and discipline
- Ability to work in a team and creativity
- Willingness, commitment and flexibility
