Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Our supply chain team in our business unit of trading active pharmaceutical ingredients, Tiefenbacher API + Ingredients GmbH Co.KG, is seeking a new team member! It is our task to ensure that important active pharmaceutical ingredients of high quality get safely from the supplier to the customer. We perform this exciting task day after day together in our outstanding team, which is very diverse in terms of age and seniority. We are looking for reinforcement and hope for new talents with a strong commercial background and the desire to learn as well as to potentially get to know a completely new sector.

A challenging task

• Monitoring of the supply chain from order to delivery in compliance with legal requirements (EU GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical law, etc.)
• Tracking of customer forecasts
• Mapping of the supply chain in the ERP system Navision, including article creation, order and purchase order creation and invoice postings
• Ordering customs clearance for shipments from third countries
• Preparation of the release process according to 25, 26 AMWHV
• Ordering of GDP-compliant transports
• Processing of complaints
• Change control

A convincing background

• Successfully completed commercial training (wholesale and foreign trade) or comparable training in the supply chain area
• ideally relevant professional experience in this area - preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
• Demonstrates strong service-oriented thinking, a well-structured work ethic and good time management skills
• exhibits a high degree of conscientiousness and accuracy
• Positive mindset
• shows high levels of resilience and initiative
• desire for continous development
• Good proficiency using ERP systems, MS Office
• Fluent in German and English
