PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Customer Engagement & Experience unit, as a part of the Customer Success board area, is responsible for delivering a holistic approach to optimizing performance metrics from the customer’s perspective, safeguard customer success and satisfaction, and ensure our customers have the best possible experience along their consumption journey with SAP.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

The intern (f/m/d) will be responsible for the following activities:

• Preparation of meetings and presentations

Internal communications (e.g. Create Jam site, DLs and Share Drive)
Help CE&X assistants with the preparation of the All-hand-meetings and big events
Help with administrative day-to-day tasks 
Perform and monitor purchase activities (e.g. office material, business cards, 3rd Party purchasing)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing 

Having the following computer skills: Demonstrated good knowledge with MS Office Tools
Have strong written and verbal skills in English and German - both written and spoken
Besides that, you are highly motivated, team player, result driven, proactive, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently
