We are looking for critical loopholes and intrusion gateways into vehicle functions, but are also designing processes, technologies and architectures to secure the automotive world of the future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design, plan and execute adequate testing campaigns - e.g. functional tests, penetration tests
- Coordinate testing results with the central security technology development team and bring in optimization and enhancement ideas
- Specify test cases and drive error analysis for security technologies and components
- Develop automate testing concepts and bring these to life with software and hardware based platforms
- Coordinate testing campaigns with internal and external testing experts and testing houses
- Collaborate with the central testing experts at CARIAD and work on future testing strategies
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of science, software engineering or equivalent
- Enthusiastic about mobility solutions and relevant professional experience in the field of software development and engineering for cloud, mobile or embedded software
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience with IT and automotive communication protocols - e.g. HTTP, MQTT, CAN, Ethernet, SOME-IP - and test tooling - e.g. CANoe, iDEX, Intercepting proxies like BurpSuite
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
