As a Product Designer in a squad team structure, you'll be working with and learning from tech leads, testers, product owners and all types of developers.

What you'll be doing:
- Execute and lead all phases of the design process including research, concept, prototyping, usability testing and implementation
- Bring narrative of user/customer needs to an interdisciplinary team
- Incorporate data analysis and feedback into split testing, validation of concepts and experience paradigms
- Help to create outstanding experiences using UX best practice
- Create engaging UX and UI patterns
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in your cross-functional team to achieve common goals
- Collaborate with and actively contribute to the Design chapter
- Ensure consistent quality of products, meeting design requirements
- Inspire creativity and motivate colleagues
- Challenge established thinking and identify cutting edge practices for user experience and communicate these across the organisation.
What you're great at:
- Minimum BA in UX-related field (human-computer interaction, human factors, behavioural research, graphic design or psychology, sociology or anything related to cognition, perception and user behaviour) or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrate excellent skills in either UX or UI, paired with a solid understanding of both
- 5+ years experience in product/interaction design in a consumer-focused organisation
- Extensive experience in designing and shipping for Android and iOS apps
- User-centred approach to design
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience working in scrum teams
- Experience working with Sketch, inVision, Adobe and prototyping tools
- Fluency in English required
- Self-driven and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
