In recent years, we have already made major strides with the introduction of online self services, web portals and mobile apps for our end customers. With the Thunderhead One Customer Engagement solution, we want to take the next step in the direction of customer centricity through personalisation and are therefore looking for an IT SaaS consultant c to initiate and support this step.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities
- In order to further promote the linking of our systems with Thunderhead One and Airship, you will develop strategies in consultation with the departments and be in close contact with the developers and manufacturers
- As the technical contact person for customer profiling and personalisation, you will analyse, configure and support the implementation of the new customer engagement solution
- You compare the use case with the possibilities of Thunder head One and Airship, accompany the implementation in coordination with the departments, and are responsible for quality assurance and testing of the use cases
- You are responsible for ensuring that the data protection requirements are implemented and adhered to
- Regular trips to our locations in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart are part of the job
Convince us with these competences:
- A completed course of studies, for example, in (Business) Informatics as well as several years of practical experience in consulting with departments and developers alike
- Enjoyment combing technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work ... all while using agile methods
- The ability to communicate and present technical requirements to different target groups in an understandable way- also in English
- Frontend technologies (NodeJS/JavaScript/HTML) and interface communication (REST/JSON), MySQL/MSSQL - Git & GitFlow, Azure DevOps, Postman, Docker, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure are no strangers to you
- Ideally (but not necessarily), additional experience in Java, HTML, CSS, Thunderhead One and Airship. If not, that's not too bad, as long as you enjoy learning about these topics
